...That's all I'll say on that subject.. Expensive water bill, deductions or non-payment are considered violation of lease terms... example 10/04 billed for 8250 gal when I was living there, 3/05 when I was paying the rent, but not living there (because of the mice) they billed for 10,000+ Gal. (Must be clean mice!!) Parking...not enough close to bldg 4/5. If you park at the curb, you get a warning sticker on your car. Noisey!!! Property is next to rail...trains run all night, no whistles, but the railcars going by are loud. Don't let the ads fool you, there are no microwaves, and security gate is broken a lot.
