Apartment Review for Falls At Marina Bay - Fort Lauderdale, FL

Upon moving in at the beginning of this year, promises were made that were never kept. Management both on site and the owner blatently don't care. Cosmetically the property is beautiful, but it ends there. The pool/clubhouse/amenities were promised to be done in April, then May, then June, then July, they finally were done at the end of August. Still not everything is complete. There are numerous safety issues. The office staff is uneducated and unprofessional. They say anything to get you to rent, then don't give a crap about anything after that. RUN AWAY.
