Apartment Review for Falls At Marina Bay - Fort Lauderdale, FL

Looks are definitely deceiving here! It is such a shame that a place with so much potential is so poorly managed. The owners manage the property and cost cutting is their middle name. There is no professional entity here. Every time you go to the office there is a new face and they definitely do not know what they are doing. They dont have an answer for even the smallest question. Forget about them ever returning your phone call if you have a problem, it will never happen. There is no parking unless you have an apartment with a garage. Our apartment flooded and we had no way to get in touch with management after hours. They give you the maintenance guys cell phone; he tends to sleep through the ringer. Weve spoken with several other residents that said they have plumbing problems as well, that seems to be a normal occurrence here. The management attitude was clearly reflected in a letter we saw they sent to some people- they said, It didnt matter when the gates were installed because the residents would only break them. The staff generally just has a bad attitude; they do not care about the residents. The apartments are extremely overpriced for what you receive. As a life long renter, this is the worst run place I have ever lived in.
