Apartment Review for Sunrise Harbor - Fort Lauderdale, FL

as i write this review, i'm sitting in my $4000 penthouse apartment under a roof that is loaded with all the air-conditioning units for the hallways and other units. can you imagine the 24/7 motor noise? they have fixed it to about a 50% correction. so instead of living under a freight train 24/7, we're living under a mack truck. and now they will do no more. we are just counting the days until our lease is up. never rent here. oh, and over labor day weekend, our rent was one day late. we had a letter under our door threatening imminent eviction proceedings and were charged $700 extra in rent. not one courtesy phone call from the charming leasing office to warn us that rent was one day late before these extreme actions. i call that terrible customer relations. you will be very disappointed if you rent here. the fixtures are cheap. the paint is cheap, sprayed on flat paint. the carpet is used and stained. and though the view is exquisite in the penthouse, the noise is unendurable. my head is pounding even as i write this.
