Apartment Review for The Leeward - Fort Lauderdale, FL

The apartments themselves are pretty nice even though they are atleast 30 years old and appear to once have been a motel. I have no problems with the size, but everything related to management made living in this place Hell. Mark Shore is an attorney and is out to get your money. Make sure you read your lease because he puts several things in there you would not expect. Very quiet neighborhood and NOT recommended for anyone under 30, to be quite honest. In regards to security, because I was "young" I had to pay first month's, last month's and TWO security deposits which I will only see if I get back. It has been nothing but a hassel and I've never felt more harrassed by a manager and felt so uncomfortable in my own home.
