Apartment Review for Twin Manor - Fort Lauderdale, FL

OK - this place isn't perfect (but what place is?). What was written is pretty harsh (that review was obviously someone with issues.) Many of the things mentioned have been taken care of, but the things that weren't mentioned by the other reviewer? 1) They offer on site maintenance personnel who are always a phone call away. On the rare occasion, I've never waited more than 24 hours (even on a weekend) for a response to, and/or the correction of, a problem. 2) Though it is due a little paint and aesthetic work, the property itself is always clean and neat. Many of the individual units are recently refurbished. 3) It has a central courtyard area perfect for barbeque grilling, which is about 30 feet from the very nice, and well maintained, pool area. 4) This is a pet friendly complex with responsible pet owners. Overall this is a fairly priced and decent rental complex that is walking distance from the heart of Wilton Manors. (And though that other tenant must have moved out, I’m not a new tenant. I’m on a renewed lease.) Just sign me- Happy tenant in 215
